As physiotherapists it is our job to help you understand where your pain or movement problem is coming from. We are trained to diagnose whether your injury is from a joint, muscle, ligament tendon or nerve. From shoulder tendon issues to hip stress fractures to lumber disc prolapses – there is not much that we haven’t seen.

We then use our expertise in hands-on techniques, exercise prescription and knowledge of anatomy and the stages of healing to assist your recovery in as speedy a time frame as possible.
